  • When will my order ship?
    Most items in the shop will dispatch within 5-7 business days of purchase, however others take a bit longer. Please see individual product listings for full details under “Processing Time”.
  • Do you offer local pick up?
    Yes! Contactless pick up is available. If you are local to the Ottawa area simply leave a comment at checkout. I will reach out when your order is ready to arrange pick up date and time. Please note that pick up location is in CARLETON PLACE.
  • Care Instructions
    Most items (if not all) are 100% washable. Individual care instructions are provided in individual listings under "Care Instructions".
  • Can I order something with an alternate fabric or in a different size?
    Yes! All items found in the shop can be made custom just for you with an alternate fabric of your choice for an additional 10% cost of the original purchase price of the item you are interested in. If you need something made bigger or smaller, that can definitely be accommodated too! Just message me to discuss the details and price. Most custom requests will be fulfilled approx. 2 weeks after purchase although this may vary at times based on my current workload.
  • I see a lot of cork used in your products, what is cork?
    Cork is a natural, sustainable, PETA-certified, vegan, eco-friendly product and the cork used in my products have been imported from Portugal. The bark of the Cork Oak tree is peeled without harming the tree, every 9 years, being re-harvested again and again! The cork used in my products is similar in durability and feel to animal leather, only vegan friendly! It is water resistant and has natural anti mildew and antibacterial properties.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    I do not accept returns, however do accept exchanges so long as the original item is returned in new, unused condition. Please reach out as soon as you receive your original order to discuss. Please note: buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
